A recent Houzz ® survey of registered users, states that 53% of short-term Millennial homeowners, aged 25-39, report undertaking a renovation project in their home, while a whopping 67% of baby boomers, aged 55-74, and 73% of seniors, those over age 74, undertook projects in 2021.
Houzz ® is one of the remodeling industries leading online consumer resources.
Among the most popular renovation projects with both short-term and long-term homeowners were kitchens, followed by guest baths and primary baths. Remodeled living/family spaces came shortly behind. Long-term homeowners were more apt to take on three interior renovations concurrently, while short-term and recent homebuyers tackled even more projects at one time.

Attention to Detail
Lorey Cavanaugh and her team out did themselves in the design and construction of major renovations to the kitchen and two bathrooms in our 70 year old house.
