Stately Bath in White & Gray
A beautiful 1928 Colonial gets a master bath renovation in white and shades of gray. The homeowners wanted a new look for their master bath while maintaining the character of the rest of the house. The original bath had the typical bathtub/shower combination with a vanity sink. To give the illusion of more space, we opted to remove the tub/shower combo and replace that with a step-in shower and glass surround. A stately pedestal sink has crisp lines with an antique feel. We kept the shower and wall tile a polished white with liners in honed Venatino Carrara. On the shower floor is a herringbone tile for added interest. The overall bath floor tile is a hexagon recycled glass mosaic. Polished chrome fixtures add shine maintaining the monochromatic scheme.
